I've found three versions of my floppy driver in Safemode that didn't show up in normal win95! The "device" statements don't match up with the module name in all bar 4 or 5 places. Is there some chain of files I can munge to match things up? Not that I know of. ..... It used to show it's arrival both in kldstat, AND also because, in /dev, a file named nvidiactl would show up. This has stopped happening.

Just a follow up.. I've managed to have it showing up under Scanners and Imaging devices, but still not connected. My USB ports are working properly - I swapped my mouse and it worked flawlessly in either. The card seems to load fine and the USB drivers show up in Win98's Device Manager just fine. The scanner however, does not show up as an imaging device in Device Manager or as an unknown device -- it makes no appearance whatsoever. The problem seems to be that the IRQ steering will not enable.
